Liam Cullen - MIEI Land Mapping Engineer & Registered BER Assessor

Liam has over 30 years experience working in an architectural and engineering practice and is our principal land mapping engineer. Liam leads the service delivery of the mapping function and his all round Engineering experience and many years experience of producing land registry compliant and lease maps mean that he can complete all mapping assignments from the simplest to the most complex. Liam is also a registered heat pump technical assessor with SEAI.

Brendan Boyle - BA Hons Arch MCIAT & Registered BER Assessor

Brendan has 15 years experience as an architectural technician and BER Assessor and specialises in BER Certs for Residential and Commercial properties. Brendan also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Thermal Bridge Assessment and a Postgraduate Certificate in Building Performance (Energy Efficiency in Design). Brendan is also on the NSAI register of approved thermal modellers. Brendan has completed projects for some of the largest hotels, nursing homes and office buildings & datacentres in Ireland, getting involved at the design stage and remaining with the project until final certification. Brendan is also a registered heat pump technical assessor with SEAI.

Seán Coffey - BSc (Hons) MIEI & Registered BER Assessor

Seán has several years post graduate experience working on a variety of building regulation compliance and BER certification projects. Seán is also a registered heat pump technical assessor with SEAI.

Ronan Cadden - BSC (Hons) Energy Systems Engineering, MIEI & Registered NSAI Airtightness Engineer

Ronan has extensive experience in conducting airtightness, ventilation, fire integrity and smoke testing on numerous buildings throughout Ireland and has also recently added BER certification to his skillset.

Janet Martin - Office Manager

Janet looks after customer contact and office administration. Janet has many years experience running our busy office after previously working in advertising, marketing and real estate.
